How to Order
You can place your order online. We accept payments via Pay pal , Credit cards or by Cheques. Purchases will be despatched once payments are cleared.
If you need any help with your order please telephone or email us (Mon-Sat 10-5pm).
Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day unless the item is “out of stock". In this instance please allow 14 days for delivery. All orders placed at the weekend (Sat & Sun) will be processed the next working day.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If something doesn't fit or it's not suitable you can return the goods for an exchange. You have 14 days from the despatch date in which to return the goods. Please return the jewellery to us in the original condition.
Please note:
It is you that are responsible for returning the item back to us. We do not accept responsibility for it until it has been received and we do advise you get proof of postage from the post office.
Refunds
We do not credit return postage cost.
Exchanges
If you are returning the item for exchange because it is the wrong size, we will send the replacement back to you at no additional cost. If you exchange the returned item for another product, we will have to charge you post and packaging because it is treated as a new order. Where an item is more expensive, payment must be received before the replacement is sent out
Delivery
Orders over £50 or more delivery is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For!
Orders for £150 or more delivery is sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day!
Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day providing we have the item in stock otherwise we will advise you accordingly. |

Royal Mail 1st Class (Door Mat)
(Delivery time: usually within 5 working days)
Orders will be sent in a small flat package. It will be sent normal First class post and will fit through your letter box. You won't need to be in to sign for it.
Royal Mail Standard Recorded Delivery
(Delivery time: usually within 3-5 working days)
Item comes in a small box. You must sign for the item.
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day
(Delivery time: Next working day)
Item comes in a box. Next day guaranteed, (if product is in stock), you must sign for the delivery.
Royal Mail International Signed For
(Delivery time: up to 14 working days)
Item will be sent in a presentation box. You must sign for the delivery.

Ordinary First Class. (package) £2.75
International Signed for £6.95 or according to weight of package.
OUT OF STOCK items
If the item is “Out of Stock” we will advise you of the estimated delivery date by phone or via email.
ITEMS LOST IN POST.
If you haven't received item within 14 working days, Royal Mail will class this as "lost in the post". Please get in touch with the Post Office with your proof of posting . We are not responsible for items lost in post.
